📊 General Payment Terms
- All payments for premium memberships must be made through our authorized payment gateways.
- Memberships are activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
- Fees paid for various subscription plans are specific to the selected duration and features.
✔ Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may be considered if a technical error leads to a double-charge for the same service.
- If a premium feature is not accessible due to a verified platform-side bug for more than 72 hours.
- Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction to be eligible for review.
⚠️ Note: Finding a match elsewhere or changing your mind does not qualify for a refund.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
- Payments are strictly non-refundable once the user has started using premium features (e.g., viewing contact details).
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions are not eligible for any refund.
- Lack of response from other members is not a ground for a refund.
